Currently, we only offer shipping within the UAE and KSA.

- UAE: AED 25 for orders below AED 250.

Returns
7-Day Return Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return your items free of charge. Please ensure that all items are returned in sellable condition, unused, sealed and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Orders from outside United Arab Emirates are not returnable.
How to Create a Return Request
To create a return request, we’re happy to assist you! Please feel free to email us at customer-support@houseofvida.shop with order number. Our courier partner will collect the package within 3-4 days.
Once your item is picked up and meets the return criteria (unused, in good condition, with original tags), your refund will be processed and credited to your payment method within 5-7 working days.
Return Conditions
Can I return products at any time?
We offer a 7-day return policy free of charge. However, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging for hygiene and resellable purposes. We cannot accept returns for items with opened packaging.
- Bedding sets (bedsheets and pillowcases) can only be returned if they have not been used, washed, and the original packaging with stickers is intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if the items are in saleable condition and packaged securely in a sturdy box. Faulty products are excluded from this.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
Refund Process
Once your return is accepted and the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
