- UAE: AED 25 for orders below AED 300.
Cash on Delivery Charges
- UAE: AED 20 for cash on delivery orders.

Returns & Exchanges
7-Day Return Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days to return your items free of charge. Please ensure that all items are returned in sellable condition, unused, and in their original, undamaged packaging.
Orders from outside United Arab Emirates are not returnable.
How to Create a Return Request
- Go to My Account → Returns → Create a Return.
- Select a reason for your return.
- Submit your request and proceed.
Our courier partner will collect the package within 3-4 days.
Once your item is picked up and meets the return criteria (unused, in good condition, with original tags), your refund will be processed and credited to your payment method within 5-7 working days.

Note: Returns for online orders cannot be processed at our retail stores.
Return Conditions
Can I return products at any time?
We offer a 7-day return policy free of charge. However, returns are subject to the following conditions:
- Products must be returned unused and in original packaging for hygiene and resellable purposes. We cannot accept returns for items with opened packaging.
- Bedding sets (bedsheets and pillowcases) can only be returned if they have not been used, washed, and the original packaging with stickers is intact.
- Returns will only be accepted if the items are in saleable condition and packaged securely in a sturdy box. Faulty products are excluded from this.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer.
How to Return or Exchange Products
To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you’re unsatisfied with your product, simply submit a return request through our Customer Service team.
Refund Process
Once your return is accepted and the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.
