Delivery:

Orders are delivered within 24-48 hours across the UAE. Orders placed before 3pm (Dubai time) are processed the same day.

Returns:

If you're not completely satisfied, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Damaged or used items may not be accepted. To initiate a return, email customer-support@houseofvida.shop.  

Refunds:

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days, excluding delivery charges.

Orders from outside United Arab Emirates are not returnable.
